Please find the details of return and refund policies below:

• Any products except lingerie and Camisoles/Slips purchased from our website can be returned within 48 hrs of delivery.  All the products must be returned unworn and with all the necessary tags and bills. Products which aren't in the correct state of return may get rejected to customer's address and refund will be declined. 
• Products can be returned if wrong product has been ordered or product has been damaged during the transit.
• Products can be exchanged within 4 days of delivery. Product to be exchanged must be returned in the same state as it was delivered with the package. 
• Use contact details/chat options to initiate the return/exchange. Our customer support agents will contact you for further discussions. 
• Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days from the date of return. 
• Customer support agents will be in communication with customers throughout the transaction to provide support with each step.
